Hello all. I know I've been sporadic to non-existent over the past few months and I am looking at changing that starting in October. You see Corset is doing one of the life changing events and is extraordinarily busy right now. I am going to ease my way back into this by posting once a week on Sundays, starting October 7th.
Until then, here is some cake to hold you over. It's a yellow confetti cake with regular buttercream frosting and some sprinkles. It was made in my three tier mini cake pan that I absolutely adore. Didn't stick at all just fell right out in perfect form. The one downer was my cake recipe made enough for three and a 3/4 cakes, not the full four the cake pan can produce. So one was a two tier.
